Are qualified with an accredited coaching or training programme or have extensive experience and professional development (more than 10 years) in their given areas of expertise.

Use an extensive variety of styles, approaches and models to create a bespoke solution that addresses specific client needs.

Will explain their approach to TXG clients and get agreement around objectives and how the process will work up front, whether these clients are seasoned experts in leadership and coaching or new to these disciplines.

Recognise that TXG has an established quality assurance mechanism built into all projects and programmes, and are happy to abide by this code of ethical and professional conduct.

All of the consultants and coaches who work with TXG have had credible, successful careers in business, academia or psychology and have an in-depth knowledge of business practice.  Those with a business background include former CEOs and board directors from leading investment banks and FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 companies.  Those with academic backgrounds work with recognised centres of excellence in leadership and development thinking, including London Business School, Cranfield University, Ashridge Business School, and IMD Business School.  Those with a psychology background have worked as clinicians or academics before entering the business world.

TXG has a rigorous and structured approach to selecting consultants and coaches.  But TXG does not require consultants to work with specific tools or models, which means TXG can guarantee quality and also flexibility in terms of matching solutions with clients' specific coaching requirements.
