Hedge fund: executive team alignment
This international hedge fund was growing rapidly and wanted feedback on the executive team in an emerging new office culture. An aspirational leadership success profile was designed and TXG then suggested and facilitated 360 degree interviews and focus groups - the data were then analysed against the profile to identify gaps and strengths. These data were used to develop a strategic senior team alignment programme delivered over a two month period. At the end of this process a planning day was also delivered to communicate business priorities and future targets in the context of the agreed new way of working.
Multinational utilities company: Top talent assessment and development programme
This project involved designing and delivering a bespoke leadership assessment and development programme for the client's 70 most senior executives across four business units operating in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Executives' leadership capabilities were assessed by qualified occupational psychologists and executives' performance and potential were benchmarked against external norms. Targetted plans focussing on each individual's unique developmental needs and on-the-job learning opportunities were created for each participant in order to build bench strength across the business.
Utilities company: rationalisation of suppliers and coaches
This project included interviewing current suppliers, analysing the effectiveness of those suppliers and helping the company to increase its effectiveness but reduce budgetary spend on learning and development.
Engineering company: off-site speaker and facilitator at executive retreat
This engineering company needed a powerful, motivating speaker who understood the mindset of engineers and could work with the company's most senior executives. TXG sourced this speaker who designed and facilitated a series of sessions around strategy, vision, and communication at the company's executive retreat.
Multinational financial services firm: global coaching programme
This project required TXG to source coaches in Asia, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East for the client's top 250 senior level executives. In each case the coaches needed to coach in the local language and be based in that country. The coaching took place over a 12-month period at the end of which progress was measured, on-going organisational development needs assessed and an action plan for next steps recommended.
Global investment bank: research on leadership development providers
This bank wanted to identify the world's top 25 leadership development providers to run a series of events across five continents for their global executive level of around 220 executives. TXG undertook a bespoke piece of research to identify these people and then facilitated the design and delivery of six short programmes over a 12 month period.
European retail bank: benchmarking current coaches
This project included interviewing each current coach, analysing where the current coaching gaps were and introducing appropriate coaches from TXG's coaching pool. This project also included a report benchmarking current coaches against best practice in the market.
