Rebecca Gwyn
Principal
Rebecca has a degree in Politics and Social Policy, and started her career in the field of executive search in 1997 and during this time has worked for two industry leading firms in a variety of operational roles. She has worked with TXG since its creation in 2004 and has been a key player in the company's growth.
At TXG, Rebecca divides her time between two main areas of focus: talent and client development. She works closely with Camilla Arnold to source and recruit consultants and coaches to the talent pool. This involves maintaining regular contact with the coaches and consultants during assignments and liaising with our clients to ensure that each project is delivered to the highest standards.
As the services offered by TXG are unique, in addition to working with our current clients, Rebecca also introduces our broad range of services and products to potential clients. She gains an understanding of the particular context of each new client's business and then partners with the most appropriate member of the TXG team to explore options in more detail.
