Michelle Walder
Founding Partner and CEO
Michelle studied modern languages and then law in Bristol and London before moving into Human Resources in the investment banking sector. She started at Societe Generale when it purchased Hambros Bank, Commerzbank when it was establishing its global equities business, and Nomura International where her client base was the Principal Finance Group and corporate finance. At Dresdner Kleinwort she specialised in leadership and development and designed and implemented practical and pragmatic learning and transformation programmes which supported the bank's business strategy. During her career Michelle has been involved with various focus, research and advisory groups looking at changes within the investment banking sector and was co-author of the City Personnel Group's guidelines on giving references for FSA registered employees.
Michelle's expertise is in developing client partnerships. As relationship manager for a number of key TXG clients she spends much of her time matching her expertise to their specific needs and expectations and also provides consultancy services direct to TXG clients around change management and strategy implementation.
Michelle is a trained internal coach, has participated in many NLP masterclasses and now mentors several executives combining her coaching skills and her commercial understanding. She is trained to British Psychological Society Levels A and B and is also Chair of Governors at Southwold Primary School in Hackney.
