Dr Lee Croll, C Psych
Director and Head of Assessment
Lee holds a doctorate in Industrial & Organisational Psychology and is a fully licensed and chartered Psychologist in Canada and the UK respectively. She has over ten years of international consulting experience in the areas of organisational and leadership effectiveness and has worked for a variety of consultancies including RHR International (Toronto), Personnel Decisions International (Chicago), and YSC Ltd (London). Lee works across a wide variety of industries including FMCG, retail, financial services, commercial property and telecoms. Her practice is global in scope, having provided strategy-centred leadership and organisational development consulting to clients based in North America, Asia and Europe - including Eastern Europe and Russia.
Lee specialises for TXG in the design and delivery of bespoke solutions targeting individual, team and organisational performance. Her client work includes a broad range of activities including executive coaching, senior team and board-level development interventions, senior executive assessments (for both development and selection) and designing and delivering organisation-wide programmes addressing succession planning and high-potential identification. In addition to her consulting work, Lee has also conducted extensive research and co-authored numerous published articles on the topic of workplace violence prevention and effective intervention strategies for victims.
