How does TXG select its consultants and coaches?
TXG has a talent team dedicated to finding, developing and building relationships with the world's best consultants and coaches. TXG engages in a rigorous vetting procedure before taking any consultants or coaches on board.
TXG is always seeking out new market-leading talent that will meet its high standards of engagement and collaboration. However, TXG is extremely selective and has taken on fewer than 10% of the consultants and coaches that have sought to work with the group. It is easy to find a coach. Finding an excellent one is more difficult.
The TXG consultant and coach selection procedure includes:
- An initial screening to assess consultants' and coaches' qualifications, skills and experience.
- In-depth competency and values-based interviews with TXG to assess drivers and attitudes towards working practices and expectations, and to establish behavioural norms and patterns.
- An extended and searching interview with a TXG Director to validate theoretical underpinnings, methodologies, techniques and proposed approaches to assignments.
It goes without saying that TXG conducts extensive reference checks for anyone who works with them. And TXG holds a regularly updated database of all its consultants' and coaches' existing and ongoing new qualifications, professional development, expertise, assignments and project feedback.
