Elizabeth Hammond
Founding Partner and President of the Advisory Board
Prior to founding TXG with Michelle Walder, Elizabeth Hammond founded Hammond Partners, TXG's sister company and a specialist financial services executive search firm. Prior to founding Hammond Partners Elizabeth was the co-global head of the Investment Banking Practice at Heidrick & Struggles and before that was a Partner at The Consulting Group before she sold the business to TMP. She worked at Goldman Sachs on the equity derivatives desk before pursuing a career in search.
Elizabeth is a graduate of Newcastle University and is a non-exec for My-Wardrobe.com (an online fashion retailer) and a member of the London Business School Enterprise 100 group.
Elizabeth has trained as a High Performance Coach and has also completed her NLP Business Practitioner course. She is fully accredited in the Executive Team Alignment Process. Elizabeth is a relationship manager for a number of TXG clients.
