Camilla Arnold

Camilla started her career in corporate finance at SG Warburg before becoming a recruitment consultant in Sydney and then back in London. Most recently she was operations director of the executive search firm Norman Broadbent. Camilla is a fully qualified coach, with a special interest in transition, career development, business operational agendas, and getting individuals to fit their specific skills to business and corporate agendas. Camilla is a recognised expert in coaching methodologies and the global coaching market.
At TXG, Camilla leads the vetting of prospective consultants and coaches for TXG clients, and acts as a liaison between coaches and TXG clients as projects and programmes expand. She also undertakes specialist consultancy which includes reviewing and rationalising client coaching panels and coach selection criteria, and introducing or updating coaching procedures and processes to highlight return on investment. Camilla is also a relationship manager for several TXG clients and leads TXG's in-house research and consulting function.
